    56 Million Payment Cards Stolen in Home Depot Breach

    I called Home Depot and asked them to cancel my card, or to send me a new one with a different number. They refused to do either one. They seem to prefer that an instance of fraud first should happen, then they'll act on it... Does that make sense?
