Fix this, Updated bios, apparently it has 2 different drivers maybe one for hdmi port and one for screen, but once bios was updated for windows 10 it works great again.

Hi I have a HP pavilion hp 15-n211ax I have done a fresh install of windows 10 to fix this problem It keeps installing 2 different Radeon drivers one is AMD Radeon HD 8400 / R3 Series and AMD Radeon HD 8600M Series. Having them both installed Really slow down the laptop and make the mouse stop...
