I'm experiencing boot up problems with my two days old Inspiron 15 laptop. Every 4 to 6 attempts to power back on after normal shutdown I have to remove the battery, wait 10 seconds and put it back in before it starts up. It will then start up normally for another 4-6 attempts. I kept it plugged...
