    Thanks Thunderbolt, I hope that helps plowboy. Mine was a problem fixed by unpluging, pulling the battery and holding the on switch for a minute. Putting it back together it just came right on...a little HP magic...JW

    Suddenly won't turn on. Changed Battery, Power supply attached, light around the plug comes on...press power button, no response. Hasn't been dropped.???
