Whenever I try to launch GeForce Experience on my PC ( Specs: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/b4FPt6 ), the loading window ( https://gyazo.com/72f6eb3e7be2e8b818da24cfac4a2bf6 ) pops up. About 15 minutes later, it opens and everything is super unresponsive until it crashes...

I love that Windows 10 offers the "Record that" feature but it has so many bugs. I love the idea of recording past gameplay, but I need something that does it better. Also, I know ShadowPlay does it but it works 5% of the time.
