on some videos, online have half of my screen with a black border. this problem persists threw other browsers as I have tried watching videos on both chrome and edge. the problem is also not limited to one platform as I have seen it on both youtube and daily motion.

Recently after screwing up my pc i have bean useing my crap laptop. I have done as many performances tweeks you can do on the softwhere side and i am happy and bean playing games about a 20-30 fps average. But still the laptop is kinda unstabel with everything outside of games lagging behind...
