Depends on the tv, headphones, setup. If the TV is Bluetooth capable, and the headphones are Bluetooth, they hook up direct. If the headphones are wireless as in internet, and have a separate antenna, you'll need a USB port or however they are attached.

Many of these new Tv's have blink codes when you try to turn them on and they fail. Dunno if yours does. Mine did, told me it was the buffer board was bad which is also a common issue.
