my model is Dell Latitude E5530 Well from torrent sites...for some reason my laptop refuses to play more complex or higher bitrate videos...

My laptop is acting up... Recently I downloaded movies in 1080bit Blu-ray x265 HEVC and it had no trouble playing them... But now only audio works while the video keeps buffering...the weird thing is that I had a similar problem a few weeks ago but the problem solved itself on its own... I did...
