The 'o' button is displaying '9o' when pressed. Ive looked how to reset the keyboard but cant find info for windows 7

Hi there. My cat walked across my windows 7 keyboard just before we set off on holiday. When back the battery was flat so plugged it into mains, tried logging on and it comes up incorrect password. I dont know what symbols or language its in as i cant get passed the log in screen but the 'o' key...
