Just confirming but it can't be the motherboard can it? Because the power light turns on so it has to be the display or something else. Also, what if the connector to the screen is loose? Could that be an issue? If so I could disassemble and plug it back in.

I see it, I had a look in my cable box and there isn't a micro HDMI cable. There's a normal HDMI cable though. Is there a workaround to this? And I don't think you can remove the hard drive or remove and add ram
