Ok, in the abscence of anyone actually knowing anything about this segment of the laptop market, can anyone point me towards any more specialist laptop forums? Toms is superb for desktops, but rather less active on anything mobile it seems!

Hi all, I'm very much into desktops, but have not really delved into laptops. I'm looking for something for my girlfriend, for christmas, to replace the Acer Travelmate 3010 that she has at the moment; its about 2 years old, and dying! 1_ Budget is £600ish. Less is (very) good, if requirements...
