Its on everything except youtube. Netflix, anything that views a video except youtube. Like itll pop up normal, then it could be a day or a week then the green pops up. Now it wont go away. I tried looking for this option in settings, but its not there.

Hi, I have a question concerning my acer laptop. I got it last year, all good and all now whenever I click on a video nothing but green shows up. Can I have help please? I already looked at what other people said and their posts say go to secure, hardware, that stuff but mine doesn’t have that.
