The laptop's Lenovo V310 14ISK, Intel Pentium+4gigs ram... Not the screen, but as people say, this refreshing might be some kind of error for a running process...

It just keeps refreshing itself so fast that you can't even see thie desktop icons, browsing is impossible

My PC keeps refreshing itself at high speed making it impossible to work. I at first, took it to be a program issue. But when I found it even refreshes at boot menu. I am quite sure it is more of a hardware problem. I have replaced windows with the 2004 build, and the problem still persists...
