    Can't use dedicated graphic card

    I got a Lenovo IdeaPad 110 it has an integrated as well as dedicated AMD graphic card. The problem is that all my games including GTA 5 use only the integrated 512 mb AMD graphic card. It would be great if any one could solve this problem
