    My Toshiba Satellite U920t cannot touchscreen after I upgraded to Windows 8.1

    When I bought my laptop, i thad Windows 8 and it could touchscreen. Then I upgraded to Windows 8.1. For a while the touchscreen worked, but then after about 1 week, the touchscreen didn't work.
