Hmm I see that some can support dual monitors while some can not. But I can not find one that has vga/hdmi combo. If you are in windows 7 and you right clock the desktop background and go to screen resolution. Does it show two monitors are detected?

could you tell us the make and model of your graphics card?

What program are you loading?, have you tried to boot into safe mode?

so are you trying to boot to the recovery partition? or are you just trying to boot up the computer into windows 7? you need to be more specific
