From where I'm looking (Amazon) the Asus has a lower price, more RAM, a higher screen resolution, a dedicated GPU and one more USB 3.0 port than the Dell. I'd go with the Asus. Seems like a no-brainer to me, unless someone else has some insight that I don't have
