    the program "charitytools.org" has appeared on my computer and I can't seem to remove it with Uninstall

    Have Spybot Search and Destroy as well and while it's not detecting a virus, Internet Explorer opens on it's own and plays ads as well as displaying a fake Google page demanding acceptance of updated terms.
