    No that is not normal at all, I would either replace the thermal paste yourself or just return it and get a new one. That is way too hot.

    laptop is probably better, I would wait for some others though, Ive never looked at console specs vs laptop specs. But I do imagine the laptop will be much better

    I doubt it, even if you have the I7 model it will be hard running it off of the intel GPU. Save the money to build a desktop instead of buying the game.

    Yes you can add ram to most any ROG laptops but you may have to buy a new kit depending on how many slots are used with the default 8 gigs. That is a good price for the laptop and the smaller ram won't make much of a difference in games.
