i actually found my solution from watching the video and it came out to be that my battery mode was on power saver not balanced hahah thanks for all the help man is there any way i can reccomend you or something? :D

its definitely plugged into the battery charger i have a nvidia gtx 765m and i cant seem to find the problem i looked at the nvidia program and it says all drivers are up to date

So does this mean i have to open the laptop up to check if its plugged in or not would this break the warranty?
