    I'd go with the MSI Laptop, i actually used to have this laptop until i moved to my custom built desktop, personally think the MSI laptop is better. (I would always render with this laptop & it did a hell of a job!)

    Nvidia Control Pannel not opening

    (CTRL+ALT+DEL) Press those at the same time & it should open up Task Manager just find Nvidia's Control Panel, right click on it and end the task. Once you've done that try opening it up again.

    A little over your budget but i really recommend these headsets, i own these and have recommended to many friends & none of them regret it. Probably one of the best headsets I've owned, coming from someone who's owned tons of headsets. SteelSeries Siberia Elites...

    Yes it should be okay for gaming, not the best but you should be good. Though i really recommend building your own computer, instead of buying one.

    Six Beeps means that your computer has a Video Card or Chip Failure there is a possibility this will be the case. You can also search it yourself the Beeping noises are codes for many things and in this case 6 means Video Card & or Chip Failure.
