    thanks Rokuima for your reply....i did tried that but of no use...i did went to dell showroon they suggested me to change the internal idsk but i want to resolve my problem by other alternative idea

    everytime when i open my dell it do displays "your pc wants to be repaired and internal harddisk not found". i reset my lap 2 times till today...please do anyone have any idea on this. will be kind to you if you solve my problem
