    Help it’s happened to me to and I can’t get back into my computer

    I am only 13 so I don’t understand most of this stuff but I tried resetting my pc but keeping all my files and when I hit “ok” it just keeps booting up with the MSI logo then just shuts off and boots up again. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
