    Acer Aspire s3 won't boot and is frozen on the Acer explore beyond limits

    My grandfather laptop won't boot it's frozen on the Acer explore beyond limits screen. I tried to restore the system but it didn't work. I want to try a hard reset but the back of the laptop is closed. Can somebody help me I want to help my grandfather.
