This is a graphics driver error, boot to safe mode, go to Device Manager, uninstall the graphics driver and go to your GPU manufacturers website and download the most current driver. This should resolve the issue, if it doesn't you may have either a GPU or memory problem.

Is your computer able to boot to Safe Mode? To boot to Safe Mode, hold the F8 key shortly after you power on the computer(within 1-2 seconds) then select Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking. If that works try running an AV Scan and a Chkdsk.
