    Laptop no boot; usb not working.

    Laptop turns on with or without battery. Lights come on, but hdd and memory don't light up, fan runs, USBs are not working. We have tried everything we have seen suggested on other threads and nothing works. Motherboard? CPU? or GPU? is what we are wondering at this point.
