    Gateway laptop - turn on, power light goes on & can hear the fan going, but screen is black

    Gateway laptop - the blue power button lights up, can hear that it’s starting but screen is completely black. I have rebooted with holding down the power button & with Ctrl, Alt & Del buttons. But still the same after several times.
