Thanks. I figured it out. Apparently on some forums after you run CCleaner it just looks like they were erased. But I just typed in my username and pressed enter (no password) and it let me in.

I thought this latest version of CCleaner was supposed to have an option not to do this. (v4.08.4428)

That worked. But It somehow was still there messing up my browser. I ended up using Windows 8 reset since it is a new computer anyway. Thanks.
