No, you can find better laptops for the same price. +1 to okcnaline; Quadro cards are not as good for gaming as an equivalent GeForce. The CPU is a 1st gen i5, too (relatively quite slow nowadays).

It might be better to buy a cheap Pentium/Celeron laptop and then install a SSD for speed. If nothing she does is CPU intensive then she won't notice the slow CPU. SSDs are the best upgrades for cheap laptops with slow 5400RPM HDDs.
