I bought an RCA tablet (above mentioned) a while ago, and I have an issue now. It gets stuck in its boot up stage, and will not get out. Booting up in safe mode results in the same thing happening. Wiping the cache partition resulted in it saying that the wipe failed. Same with factory reset...
