    It Might Be A Operating System(OS)_ Problem. Try To Open In Safe Mode or With Command Promt (press F8 Function Key after Bios Post And Select Safe mode) If Safe Mode Opens... Just Go To Command Prompt And Start CHKDSK in Force Mode For C Drive And Restart ..
