That may be because of a bad wire or bad Audio Port. Usually if you are using speakers with audio cards or on-board audios of poor quality then interferences occur which cause such crackles. Make sure there arent so many devices around the speaker as they can also cause disturbances.

Dedicated graphics leads to more heat ofcourse. If you get a Laptop with a nice i7 processor with any integrated graphics then it will easily serve yyour purpose for Any Adobe software easily. I will do a little research and find a good laptop for your budget. I will post here in around 10-15...
