Ok I've made progress, Basically what I do now is the exact same setup but I barely plug in the speaker jack into the 3.5m coupler. It works but the audio mostly only comes out of one speaker instead of both and the audio is very quiet, as well as there is constant beeeeeeeeeeeeee noises coming...

Correction, just noticed my Xbox does have HDMI,,,,Was hidden behind the other cable(Oh Microsoft+Me). Still don't see how this would be helpful as my monitor is VGA and don't really see a way to get the speakers involved using the HDMI.

Thing is, It should work the way it is setup currently but for some reason it isn't :(

Because I have the Xbox 360 Arcade which doesn't support HDMI and my monitor supports VGA only.
