Adwcleaner and avast. I really dont want to reinstall my os. Maybe delete chrome.exe and add some other chrome.exe

When I turn on my pc it turns on chrome in tasl manager taking 30% cpu. I can kill the program and it doesnt come back, but then after i restart my system, it comes back.

No i dont have any extensions. When i delete chrome it does the same thing with firefox

Whenever i turn on my computer, chrome shows up in task manager taking 30% cpu! I have tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it, but the problem is still there. I have also tried running malware check and other antivirus, but nothing helped. Can you help? Specs: Ryzen 5 1600 Gtx 1060 8gb...
