    Hi many thanks for your reply but I got in touch with the phone company and, with their guidance it has been set back to factory settings and is now working but I am obliged for your communication.

    I have a STK Hero Lite mobile phone and it keeps turning the Wifi off automatically and only connects to my wifi for a few seconds, can anyone help?
