That is the thing. It is a 5.1ch system to begin with. Windows just seems to recognise it as a 2ch system and I can't seem to do anything on that end

I see. Sorry if this is a silly example but I can link my smartphone on this theatre system via bluetooth and in the music player I can hear all channels. Why can't the PC's bluetooth dp the same thing?
