    Well it's a says it once I turn it on. And yes the adapter is a 19v. Im guessing it's not 130watts and /up anyways I try to get it to boot or the the settings but it'll just say to hit F1

    Dell XPS won't work unless well it says the system wont boo unless there's a 130 watt power adapter or greater. Can sum one help me out on this I had it on yesterday but now it says this:( and it's locked in wut do I do.
