    Im sorry but i dont see any sysyem restore in there only loke windows launch setting i remembered one (launch more forceful may ctash)

    But i cant turn on my laptop because of the problem It shutdowns after a seconds i think 10 or maybe 15? And it directly shutdowns so i cant go to my pc

    Help me pls my laptop toshiba goes turn on and after i choose the run windows romally it shutdowns and when i on it it doesnt on and it shutdowns all the lights and i have to wait for 1 min and it will work but the situation still in there heeeeelp
