    That is my problem. There is missing Microphone, so I have no possibility to show Microphone in Master Volume... I think Acer has disabled it somwhere in registry. Thanks for any idea.

    I am missing "mic volume" in master volume. There is no possibility to add the control for the microphone. Used Acer notebook TM6593, up to date drivers realtek HD. Any idea for solution? I need to hear what I am saying to the microphone... WinXPpro sp3
