    Thanks, Zac. The site you recommended does not explain how to configure Win/7 so that the Win/7 partition is able to be connected to the internet but the VM/XP Mode side is not connected to the internet and is therefore safe.

    Is there a way to set up Win/7/VM/XP Mode so that the Win/7 partition has internet access while the VM/XP Mode partition is isolated and not exposed to the internet?
