    Acer stuck on “installing windows” screen

    I restarted my acer aspire cloudbook 14 and it has been stuck on the “installing windows” screen for almost a week and will not go past 65%. If it does by chance go past 65% it will just reset itself again and start at 65% again. How do I fix this?
