    IT IS AN ANDRIOD KITKAT TABLET (PLT7100G) ? IT FROZE UP DURING A LOADING PROCESS SO I SHUT IT DOWN AND NOW ALL I GET WHEN TURNED ON IS THE PROSCAN WORD
