    MY hyperx cloud 2 mic doesnt work!

    It could be the jack port on the dongle. The dongle on your phone is fine and so it works I would guess? Try pulling the jack out slightly from the dongle and test the mic. Do it in small increments to see if it works? I have mine out about 1 - 2mm and it seems to work.
