I figured out the not responding part but it still takes too long to load parts of the videos

Whenever I jump around clips in sony vegas pro 13, it says it is not responding. This happens every single time, even if i go a couple frames back. Also, when I add a new video to Sony Vegas (actually even the first video) the screen of the recording goes black while it tries to figure which...
