    What does that say about HP support, they didnt even know know how to help me, it was the simplest thing. Very very bad customer support.

    does anyone know or have experienced this? The 2-1 when you turn the screen all the way over does into tablet mode, but after windows 10 it no longer does. I called microsoft they blamed HP, called HP they want me to pay to have it fixed, but wont give me any answers. Thanks
