Yes, windows does not see it under Sound, video and game controllers in device manager. What do you mean it may be the USB Cable connected to the Yeti?

Sadly they don't appear in my playback devices either. They just don't appear at all :( I still think its weird windows doesn't even recognize that a device is plugged in. Thank you for trying to help though :)
