Unfortunately the headset did not come with drivers and Turtle Beach does not offer any driver for the Z22 headset. I'm having this same issue with the Z22. *Edit: I just fixed it by disabling xHCI in my motherboard's BIOS under peripherals. I can confirm that disabling xHCI in your bios...
