I'm having some power issue, the battery icon "flickering" charging/not charging so i checked the battery health and found out that the FULL CHARGE CAPACITY is lower than DESIGN CAPACITY, could this be the problem? - DESIGN CAPACITY: 60,200 mWh - FULL CHARGE CAPACITY: 51,002 mWh
