    my laptop won't go past leading innovation screen please help

    my Toshiba satellite c40-c-10Q it will not go past the leading innovation screen and there is not even a loading wheel it just keeps restarting from that point i tried to reset the computer and it came up with a message saying it could not reset and now this is the result
