So this problem started some time ago, my laptop is not charging when the charger is plugged in, but it works when the A/C adapter (Charger) is plugged in. If I remove it, it will lose percentage or it shuts down usually because it's always at 4%!! It doesn't charge to 100% it stays stuck on 4%...
